Iran’s ‘Life Gone with the Wind’ to vie in Italy

Iranian short ‘Life Gone with the Wind’ is to compete at the 2020 Int’l Pathological filmfest in Italy.

Iranian short title ‘Life Gone with the Wind’ has been selected to compete at the 2020 edition of the International Pathological Film Festival in Italy.

The short title narrates the story of an old woman who is reminded of her unfinished and bitter childhood dreams by a kite that is flying over a tree in her yard.

The film is directed by Siavash Saedpanah as well as Amir Gharibi, and written by Omid Gharibi.

The cast includes Asieh Moradizar and Dina Arshadi.

The International Pathological Film Festival is divided into two sections of feature film competition and short film competition.

The short films should be of maximum 15-minute duration.

The festival intends to promote young Italian and foreign cinema and accepts works with a wide range of subjects and themes.

This edition of the event is slated for April 23-26, 2020.
